1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mitra77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mitra77.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature offered on the Mitra77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Mitra77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Mitra77 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by Mitra77 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player to their Mitra77 Account via supported payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or cryptocurrency.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Platform" means the Mitra77 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible via mitra77.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is illegal under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account Balance to a payment method registered in the Player's name.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Mitra77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Mitra77 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 for all account holders and does not permit gambling by persons under this age under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of Mitra77 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by Mitra77 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. You are of sound mind and are not gambling under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

Mitra77 accepts players from Malaysia including residents of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other Malaysian states and federal territories, subject to compliance with applicable local laws. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4.Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Mitra77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Mitra77 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Mitra77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password or Account access details. You agree to notify the Mitra77 support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Mitra77 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, that eligibility criteria have not been met, or that the Account is being used for purposes inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

5.Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under international online gaming licensing requirements and anti-money laundering best practices, Mitra77 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before any withdrawal may be processed.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad (identity card), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport. All four corners of the document must be clearly visible.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, or Telekom Malaysia), bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and address, dated within the previous three (3) months.
• Selfie with identification document — a clear photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face, taken in good lighting.
• Proof of payment method — where requested, a screenshot or confirmation of the bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used to make deposits.

Mitra77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of Account withdrawals until verification is complete.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team, and verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during standard business hours.

6.Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. Mitra77 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), and selected cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, and USDT. The minimum deposit is RM 30 for bank transfer and FPX methods, and RM 10 for e-wallet deposits. Mitra77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the Mitra77 Account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 1 to 3 business hours following KYC approval, subject to volume and payment method.

6.3 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering. Mitra77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Players may not use the platform for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment. Mitra77 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant international regulatory authorities and to suspend or close any Account suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

Mitra77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are treated separately within the Account balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Mitra77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where circumstances reasonably require such action.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account closure.

The minimum deposit to qualify for most welcome bonuses is RM 50. Maximum bonus amounts vary by promotion and are published on the relevant promotional page. Mitra77 does not guarantee any specific bonus outcome.

8.Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Mitra77 platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules published within each product section:

• A bet is confirmed and binding upon the Platform issuing a bet confirmation reference number. Verbal or unconfirmed wagers are not valid.
• All sports odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are the odds applicable to that bet.
• For live betting markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other real-time events, Mitra77 reserves the right to suspend betting during significant event incidents and to void bets placed with manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error.
• The minimum bet amount is RM 1 per wager. Maximum bet limits vary by market, game type, and Player account tier.
• Casino game outcomes, including slots, live Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcomes. All results are final once the game round has concluded.
• Mitra77 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has materially affected the outcome or the odds offered.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mitra77 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of defrauding the platform or other users, including in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to the Mitra77 support team immediately.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds via payment methods not registered in your own name, or engaging in any transaction structured to obscure the origin of funds.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal offence under applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10.Responsible Gambling

Mitra77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered Players with access to a suite of self-management tools accessible from within their Account dashboard, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek support from professional resources. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — not as a means to generate income or to recover previous losses.

Players who wish to permanently close their Account on responsible gambling grounds may contact the Mitra77 customer support team at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible once confirmed.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the Mitra77 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, user interface components, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mitra77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any Platform content without express written permission from Mitra77.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system component of the Platform.
• Use any Mitra77 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that may imply an endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Mitra77's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mitra77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or Account balance due to Platform downtime, technical error, or third-party service failure.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional information.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform access due to scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

Mitra77's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.Amendments to These Terms

Mitra77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Mitra77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via in-platform notification or registered email address prior to the amendments taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Mitra77 platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mitra77 holds its international online gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Mitra77 customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable under the licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits Mitra77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Malaysian players are reminded that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws regarding online gambling. Mitra77 makes no representation that the use of its Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and sole responsibility.
